This is the most visually beautiful game I have ever played… but it’s so buggy it is nearly unplayable. I’ve played Bethesda games for 15 years now so I’m used to their casual bugginess; in fact they actually improve the experience and make it kind of funny. This is different though. This isn’t just occasional no-clipping. This is entire storyline missions crashing, waypoints disappearing or sending you in circles with no local map to guide you, or getting stuck and having to redo hours of gameplay… it’s a nightmare. Be prepared to run to Reddit or YouTube many many times for bug fixes and guides. If I didn’t enjoy the visuals and ship building features so much I would have thrown it in the bin. I hate to give this game 2 stars but the bugs are literally that flawed.
