Nothing compared to original. Recycled old phrases, scenes and sappy sentiments. You can tell they really struggled to “weave” this story together and instead relied on those old gimmicks to try and give people more of what they loved about the original…….30+ years later. Also CA has enacted motorcycle helmet laws since the original was filmed. At least there were laughable moments.
