It was soooooo long! Way too long. Great casting. Interesting array of faces. Solid performances. Nice effects. Historically important. The sound drove me a bit bonkers though with all the tension building sound effects .. blimey.

Watched “Blonde” with a gf at home on Netflix and we were both totally engrossed. Apart from the utterly mesmerising performance by Ana De Arnes, which is something else; the script, the cinematography and the editing choices take you on a very intimate journey of the life and career of the bombshell Marilyn Monroe. This film does a brilliant job of revealing how this exquisitely sensitive, very talented and intelligent woman was so painfully misunderstood and mistreated all through her life. I have always loved Marilyn Monroe. She glowed in all of her movies. After getting an insight into her sad troubled life, I love her even more.
