While the entire book consisted of anecdotes, results of studies and research, the content was simple enough to keep the reader engaged through the aspect of relatability. This was not difficult to capture since the topic of discussion itself was one that the common man struggles with. The age old advice of going to bed early in order to rise early is heavily supported by evidence to motivate readers into believing it to be more than just a dialogue from grandparents. I can appreciate the variety of advice that is offered in tidbits along the book that is in actuality realistic and not too much of a commitment. My only criticism is how the chapter appears to be a compilation of research studies and experiments to prove the importance of sleep rather. Regardless the author has managed to maintain the flow of topics without an evident shift which is commendable. In conclusion, this book, while at first glance being a traditional self help guide, is actually quite convincing in proving the success of these fundamentally preached habits.
