blizzard is handing out suspensions, bans and mutes left and right just for using swear words in chat yet they don't have it together enough to have an automatic anticheat. the reporting system has gotten out of control you can catch a suspension for no real reason. needs to seriously be revised the parameters around what they suspend for.
