pretty nice movie, not the scariest i’ve seen but it’s not too bad. reason i took off points was because it was very predicting and honestly things happened too fast and then it just stayed that way. very cliche. the best part was the end with the slight plot twist. the acting is honestly amazing, the music, sound effects, and scenery matches and goes well together. antonio and the girls are so cute, somethings just missing and i can’t really put on what. i think it might be the fact that it’s just not scary. there weren’t any jump scares or things that really make you scream.

gonna straight up give this 7/10. it’s a good movie if you like thriller suspense and plot twists. One thing is that some parts of it don’t make sense. people are talking about how it effects you physiologically but that’s literally just if you can’t handle horror/thriller/gore. before i get into the actual movie i wanna say that it’s a good movie if you aren’t that serious on things making sense. the acting is really good though which def helped the piece. this next part i’m gonna say is a spoiler so watch out. it’s weird how they based and emphasized so much on child rape and rape in general. it wouldn’t really make sense for your parents to let you into a school where they couldn’t enter and they would have to stay there for years. I mean the first time they got raped it would make more sense for them to tell their parents? you can’t just brainwash someone, it takes time and there’s no way their parents weren’t able to see them or talk to them. also the fact that charlette could’ve easily locked elizabeth up to tell her and do that instead of cutting of her arm? i get that she needed to be extreme but it’s odd how she didn’t choose any other less violent way.
