Reviewing after the first season The animation is top notch. There's nothing like it. They hardly seem to have cut any corners. Music is good. Mostly not by style but it's well paced and well implemented. (I'm a musician so, my harsh opinion here can be disregarded). Plot is okay. Has plenty of room for development but likely at the cost of something else. Character development is decent. It's very Hollywood (cut and dried); they could've done better with the undercity perhaps. They looked to be doing a little too well. I suppose one should consider the target audience. Good voice acting. Some lines were delivered exceptionally. Overall one could really feel how much love and hard work was put in to make this series. I hope this level carries on all the way through. Edit: I'm not liking season 2 at all.

I wanted to give it three stars. There were some entertaining episodes and decent actors. But Hollywood fails at denouement, as usual. There were some shit actors (main characters at that). The plot is weird; a collage of (incoherent) ideas from different genres.

This film is flaunting a good budget. The characters seem like children with fancy words. Provocative scenes and not much substance.

This series has an audio-visual charm but offers no depth. Little to no detail about the inner workings of the drug-selling business or police work. The script does not allow for coherent character development. The dialogue is superficial despite the actors doing their best to put in the work. I'd watch it just to have something in the background.
