To say I enjoyed the movie is an understatement. It is so immersive. The acting is superb. The storylines are poignant. The cinematography is absolutely incredible. I experienced all of my emotions. I cried when Hays stays with his dad. A bit of laughter and snickers as well. Distain for some, a genuine love and empathy for others. Quite frankly, three hours was nothing. Let’s just say, I am not sure 4 movies will be enough. Kevin Costner is an ingenious storyteller. Amazing Grace at the end was beautiful. After the movie I had to go to the restroom. It warmed my heart to hear women singing and humming Amazing Grace. Definitely Oscar worthy!
