I really don't understand the failure of some of these reviewers to completely miss this heart felt and astonishing movie. This isn't your scary everyday film with the usual pop-up tropes or a sci-fi movie with the usual CGI fluff or even an action adventure with all the childish heroism and gore. This is a film about a loving bond that grows between two very different people and the essence of human compassion. If this didn't hold your attention, go back to Marvel 12 year old content; this movie didn't fail you, you failed the movie.

I am stunned by these reviews. This movie is easily in the bottom five of all time. The plot holes have to have been planned; no one could write and direct such obvious changes in wardrobe, effects and the like from one scene to the next without intention. My ancestry is Nordic and I have been a student of the mythology and runic divination most of my life. This movie is as enlightening about that as Space Balls was about cosmology. I spent the entire comedic mess trying to comment like the Mystery Science 3000 characters and my friends joined in - we were crying from laughing so hard. If you want to have fun laughing your can off on a horrific piece of garbage, this is your film.

This is a brilliantly crafted film. The writing, acting, directing, editing and all else is as thoughtful and intentional as it gets. I started watching just on a whim, and didn’t move for an hour and a half. Words really don’t work with this movie, because it’s not so much about the words but how they’re spoken. You just have to see this masterpiece for yourself.
