I think the writers need to check Australian partnership law. My belief is that if a partner of a business passes away as Felicity did then her share needs to pay staff wages and suppliers and then the balance of her share would go to her estate partnership is then dissolved. I don’t think that as beneficiary Cash cannot interfere with the business. Apart from that story lines are ok but I am wondering about summer bay high. Don’t see the kids any more
