There are some pretty outstanding officers on this program and then there are those not so. Royce James is one the rudest officers I’ve ever seen. He’s confrontational and speaks down to the public. Officers are trained to deescalate situations, he must have missed that class. With the amount of people that don’t like police or are on the fence with the way they feel, Royce is NOT the example you want the public seeing and really needs additional training on how to interact with the public, or just needs to go back to financial advisor. NOT the kind of officer I’d want representing my dept.
