I don't understand why everyone thinks an "open concept" is always so great. I love to cook and host alot of dinner parties. The last thing I want is for my guests to see the dirty pots and pans in the kitchen while having a relaxing and elegant meal. As much as I enjoy all the home improvement shows I can't believe that everyone wants exactly the same layout. I'm tired of constantly hearing "open concept "
