My absolute favourite baking book of all time. Have been a huge fan of Emelia's after watching Masterchef AU back to win, so this was an instant buy for me. It's absolutely beautiful from cover to cover, and every recipe looks purposeful and inviting (even has the compressed Choux - if you know, you know). It's not filled with random recipes to try and bulk out, every recipe is a showstopper, and I can tell that Emelia has put her heart, brain, soul and life in to this book. If you're a fan of baking, or just want to start, this will become your new baking bible. I can't wait to see what Emelia brings out next! Just wish I could buy the matching apron and tote bag to go with it. Bravo Emelia, you baking wizard!
