I see most of the negative reviews comparing the game to the experience from Gris. This is a different game. The gameplay and combat is simple and smooth. There is nothing overly challenging about the game imo even in the adventure mode. There is the option for a story mode where you can’t die. This game is stunning and emotional on a level I’ve not experienced in several years. If you are an animal and nature lover and specifically have ever had a dog, I felt an immediate sense of attachment to this game during the opening. Please support these indie titles while you can. So many microtransaction games out there sucking people dry while gems like this for a fair $20 don’t get the recognition it deserves. Experience it, take it in and relax

If you accept this game for what is, a great dynasty warriors hack and slash fest set in the kingdom of Hyrule with your favorite BoTW characters, you will not be disappointed. Great gameplay, very fluid and fun to get back to this universe in a different capacity. If your looking for a deeper dive into storytelling and character development from BOTW and don't particularly enjoy dynasty warriors style games, save your money.
