It doesn't deserve the hate it gets, but also isn't a perfect movie by any means. I found this movie more entertaining than say, Red Dawn, because its just a *smidge* closer to what *could* happen
The "What Kind of American Are You" neo-Nazi scene paired with the countryside civilian sniper "No one knows eachother, only that we are trying to kill eachother" scene truly drive the chilling stake of reality in what could happen should America go unchecked.
Hats off to the prop coordinators, animators, and actors.
But whoever decided to demolish, rebuild, and then severely rush the last hour of plot into 20 minutes needs banned from directing...
Felt like a "HEY, I WATCHING THAT!" as a thunderstorm blocks your satellite dish in the 4th Quarter of a Football game.
