A friend of mine from grad school posted about this book on Facebook, and as somebody who's on the Autism Spectrum himself, I was compelled to purchase it. So far I've only read one chapter - I skipped immediately to the chapter about Romantic Relationships and Love, and the book definitely exposes the myths and prejudices that sadly still exist against people with Autism, but it also shows real world examples of people with Autism who are able to successfully date, marry, and raise a family; whether it's an all-autistic couple, or an Autistic/NT couple. It also explains very well why people with Autism express love and/or romantic interest differently from neurotypicals, and what can be done to help express it normally (including handling rejection) that doesn't alienate others. I still have yet to read the rest of the book, but so far I'm liking what I'm reading so far.
