This is a great show with great talent, until the viewer voting starts which is primarily country fans, apparently, because every year, most of the best singers go home, and the country singers with a 12 note range and all three chords they know move on. Season 22 was a great example in the semifinals. The four best singers were singing for one spot, while 1 poor singer and one OK singer went on, along with two others that were pretty good. Pretty sad. The Voice has jumped the shark. At least I don't need to waste any more time fast forwarding through most of the shows to get to the singing anymore.
