ATOMIC HABITS is an easy to understand self-help book about creating new behaviors to improve your life. If you enjoy a book that pulls information from many other authors ( all cited) and condenses it into simple -VERY simple ideas- then this book is great.
But if you are not into sports, don't enjoy regurgitated ideas and have already figured out how to put dirty socks into the hamper - you probably don't need to read 'ATOMIC HABITS'.
