The movie is simply fun. It's raunchy, goofy, but manages to feel like improv as nearly every visual and line of dialogue is a pun or word-association relating to some aspect of American history. The message is strangely an amazing complement. We are wild, and crazy, and pretentious, we vote, and have lots of crazy opinions. But we put a man on the moon, made the internet, we vote - the fact that we exist is nothing short of a miracle. This movie has fun with itself. I damn near felt proud by the end of it.
