I bought it on sale for $14 when it’s usually $20. I beat it in a day. Switch says I first played 7 hours ago but I wasn’t playing that entire time, more like 4 hours. I’m partial to witchy things and cozy games, so I picked it up in excitement. If I would have payed full price it would have been like extremely expensive for what I got. I think that was like 4-5 hours of gameplay. The game itself has no choice really and your character is kind of not nice? At first, anyway. And the art style is cute, but shallow. Theres the bare minimum of art included. There’s so little clothing options and you don’t unlock any more. The spell-making and story were the highlights. The entire game spans two weeks of in-game days, and you can be done with them extremely quickly. This should have been a $2 mobile game. I don’t even dislike the game, but with the lack of choice, customization, replayability, etc I’m entry they took so much money from me for it. If you want a similar kind of game for much cheaper, grab an Apple Arcade subscription and play Wylde Flowers. Or pick up Fae Farm for the Switch (though I found that to also be overpriced, but I’m like 50 hours into gameplay on it and not even close to being done with the game so even at $60 I’ll at least get an hour per dollar if now more).
