Show was good, this was awful. It’s like 2 screenwriters wrote this but weren’t allowed to talk to each other. “Hello. We are meeting in the street because I don’t know the two people with you. I also didn’t know they existed until after I chose a public place to meet because I knew they existed”. A good summary of the stupidity of an early scene. Bad dialogue, characters doing 180s on a position they held 20 seconds prior. Was awful seeing our “heroes” massacre ordinary mind controlled people. Instead of having a creative fight scene where they have to spare these innocents, we get another cut and paste fight scene, but it’s a such mass murdering of civilians that would make Homelander jizz his pants. No resolution to season 1 stuff either. Just a mess, skip it if you want to keep any remaining positive regard for the show.
