This is an absolutely beautiful game. Just the way the samurai walks, the horses trot, and the grass moves immerses you immediately. All of the stories have a uniquely Japanese feel to them, which is based on history, legend, and the way of the samurai. I love all of the touches such as the shrines and combat progression. The Tales are also well planned and engaging. The only improvement would be the combat. Honestly if they could’ve used shadows of Mordor‘s nemesis system for the Mongols this game would be absolutely perfect.

It starts off slow with poor pacing and awkward characters...but boy does the show improve. By episode 4 I was hooked. One of the best Sci-fi series since battlestar IMH
