I was all set to be emotional as I closed the book on an era. It was really good. The CGI was off the charts. They lost me with tooooo many gratuitous scenes. Was it really necessary for every person to have a hand (literally) in securing the Infinity Gauntlet during the battle? Did they really feel it necessary to bring every female character together in that ridiculous “Women are powerful” moment? They already did that in Infinity War. It would have been more emotional if they hadn’t tried so hard for big moments and instead made them more organic.
