Beast Master

As someone who watched the TV series, I am disappointed in how this movie turned out. I don't think making this movie is necessary because they didn't write something new; they just rewrote the entire existing plot and made their own adjustments to its lore. [Spoiler]: basically, it tells you about how Marienette and Adrien got their miraculouses, but in a different way (the miraculous flew towards them). And ending it with them revealing each other's "secret" identity. Yeah, that's definitely not a big deal or anything. She didn't even have to capture the akuma, which is convenient (she only caught two If I'm not mistaken) Also, they made Hawkmoth extremely overpowered, which I don't mind, but he needs some nerf lmao. They completely change how the characters act toward each other. All of Marienatte's friends laugh at her for being clumsy. Chloe became more aggressive towards Marienatte, and Adrien just straight-up called her a weirdo, what happened to the kind and caring person we all know and love? .Catnoir's "watermelon" joke,yeah I ain't Talking about that. They made Plag do fart jokes... The only characteristic they changed that I liked was Sabrina's. She didn't get influenced by Chloe's attitude. She even helped Marienatte when they were chasing her. Also, what's with all the musical scenes? I'm completely fine with one or two songs, but there are more singing scenes than fight scenes in this movie, so I just skip it entirely whenever they're singing. I feel like they were just adding these to hit that 1 hour and 30 minute mark because there are so many plot holes, and the movie's pace is fast. The only good thing about this movie is the graphics, animation, and character redesign. Expect Adrien, he looks weird for some reason. It's not as good as I was hoping for, but I'm glad I gave it a try. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be rewatching this movie anytime soon. I do suggest giving this movie a chance. Everyone has different views, so go watch it yourself, but be prepared for the worst.
