Just caught up with this series and read it was cancelled because "it's audience was too male" for STARZ programming desires.
That may be true, about the male audience. But the cast had many powerful female parts, as well as the production team, including directors.
STARZ has every right to target audiences of it collective preference but seriously...! Throw away a promising and thoughtfully entertaining program, along with the jobs of so many, for what, really?
