I have absolutely no idea why some people are giving this a 1 star. It was done as well as any live action remake Disney has ever done besides Cinderella maybe. But even Cinderella's live action didn’t have the best reviews. This was so well done and it is 1000% something you should watch at least once. The land scenes were beautiful and make me want to go on vacation and the underwater scenes were just on another level. Also Ariels voice could not have been more perfect. I could listen to the iconic Ariel hymn forever. Halley was even more beautiful than she normally is and the cgi was great. Things that I thought would bother me like the look of Sebastian and other minor changes didn’t hinder the movie AT ALL. Just go watch it if you haven’t it’s a good time and exactly what you’d want out of a remake.
