I am hate watching at this point. During seasons 1 and 2 she really did seem to want to turn her life around and love her body before completing her journey towards health but now health is a bad word? I guess I've been living under a rock but before season 3 was over she just seemed to have dropped that "I'm a good person" facade. Blatant selfishness and excuses after excuses after excuses. She's a narcissist.
