Really enjoyed this funny/sad coming of age story. Most of us struggle through our early 20's and anyone going through the crash around 2010 was more likely to have felt it, especially in Ireland; especially as a 3rd year English lit major. However, as the story protagonist is looking back in hindsight 10 years later, secure in her work and generally happy in her life, we know it all works out in the end! I stayed up late and woke up early to read this one. Portions of it were light-hearted and zany and at other times a more serious note. A very entertaining read.
