Home and away has been an Aussie tradition for the average Australian family and the topic over dinner tables for a few generations as it stands,yet I cannot deny the constant lack of families as permanent residents of summer bay. Please don't misunderstand this general observation for criticism,I'm a fan of the show despite its obvious lack of uninspired direction of the characters,community and general township as a whole lacking a general feel of family,schools have disappeared and there are no inclusions of students or an educational environment as it once was more focused on the future of characters and their career and aspirations giving hope and inspiration to teens Australia wide.
