since i keep seeing people say this, as a life long Star Wars fan, it’s refreshing to see some more complexities.
SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED.
I personally loved the different outlook on Jedi’s “always being good”. Because of course, with all past installments, they are. But with this one we find that even Jedi’s are flawed. They make mistakes, poor decisions, they can do bad things yet still claim to be on the “light side” that Jedi’s can be selfish. And that there are actions to their consequences. The reveal of Sol’s part in Osha and Mae’s mother’s death really gave my head a spin. As well as watching Osha’s flip to the dark side. It makes you wonder what would’ve happened if the four of them (the Jedi’s) decided to tell the truth instead of keeping it a secret. and of course, they thought what they were doing was right. But just because you think you’re doing something right, doesn’t mean you are. I absolutely loved this series and cannot wait for a season two
