I love Jimmy. How refreshing to give us a moratorium from Trump bashing. Colbert and Kimmel remind me of Bert and Ernie doing rants against Trump every night. Jimmy is lighthearted and funny. I also appreciate him sharing his family and personal life with us. Really helped me get through this,

I used to love Jimmy. Funniest guy around. Now every night he does a predictable Trump rant which is not even funny, Sounds like a mean kid making fun of another kid in Jr. High about his hair style and skin color, He seems to take himself seriously, like a political blogger who thinks its his duty to educate us on how bad Trump is doing. Its just obnoxious. Trump is so over the top on his own, to keep pointing it out is like stupid and NOT entertaining in the least.

Colbert used to play a right wing political character overinflated about his own opinion. Very funny. Now he plays a left wing political character overinflated about his own opinion. 15 minute monologues bashing Trump without a single funny joke is just embarrassing. "Look Trump did something stupid again today", isn't that funny?. No. I had to watch it on the news. It was painful then. Now Colbert tries to make it humorous. Its NOT funny.
