This Netflix live action is far better than the movie and a more matured take from the Original animation. I genuinely enjoyed watching the characters development to the t Last final battle at the North. The VFX and setting is strong and stayed true to the original animation. Waiting for the second season

Our audiences needs to be more inviting to watch these new kind of making. Perhaps then our industry will grow!!

One of Lijo's best!! Telling a science fiction story of alien invasion in a forest area in Kerala is difficult and the unusual style he chose to do it is brilliant. This movie answers a long pending question why do aliens always attack the USA!!

Perfect ending to the Lore of the God of Mischief!!!

First half of the movie is set to give build up for the hero. But the fast pace naration, fights and acotr performances makes up for it. Second half is is cinematography heaven. The vfx and bgm keeps you at the edge of the seat. Action sequences are thrilling. Kudos to the director. Climax was lit!!. Sharp editing played a crucial role in the movie. The heroine intro was not making any sense. My rating 3.5/5

The movie lacked pace. It was a 3 hour drag of flashbacks put at uneven intervals. The theme of the movie had a very high scope of becoming one of the greatest. But they just put the odiyan theme to tell a normal revenge story. Mohanlal is the only x factor carrying the mess. The director's laziness is often seen in each and every scene. Action sequences were nowhere comparable to Pulimurugan. Except first fight scene all the others had a shady vfx figure knocking out ppl. Two years of waiting and hype...it was a huge bomb!!! The bgm was good but it was pushed in almost all scenes and slomo walks of odiyan. And guys it is NOT a FANTASY movie. Just good old fashion revenge story with a lot of hype. Hopefully Mohanlal makes up for this!!!
