Juan Rivera

I began watching CHIPs when it first aired back in 1977. It made me want to be law enforcement. After retiring from the army as an Army MP, I became a civilian police officer where I specialized as an accident reconstructionist and even attend the police motorcycle academy. I rode a motorcycle for a couple of years until I was dragged by a car while conducting a traffic accident investigation which ended my riding career.
