La la land is the definition of an instant classic. I remember sitting in the movie theater, popcorn in hand, excitedly waiting for the trailers to end, and leaving the theater with a feeling I had never felt from a film before. From the STUNNING cinematography to the world-class soundtrack, Damien Chazelle and Justin Hurwitz have crafted, what I believe to be a perfect movie. Every line feels realistic in contrast to the magic of the world of La la land. To top off an already robust and realistic film, the ending hits us with a reality check. I've now seen this movie a total of 5 times, and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon.
