I just don't get this book. It has some solid points and some cool philosophies. But there is no need to discredit "traditional" self-help books and methods especially some of his ideas are directly same or identical to them. SO he twists them a little bit, derives his ideas from other books and put it in a different way and then discredit traditional ones (that have proved to work so many times and years). I just can't get pass chapter one... this book is so apperently targeted to those first time readers to self-help books and kind of woo them. Overrated and I wouldn't recommend it.
