A timely and insightful book which helped answer some of key questions being raised on the future of work. The book operates at a high level, yet somehow manages to be both conceptual and operational in scope. For example, the first half defines the shifts in business assumptions driving the people agenda, and then the book gives us an useful culture assessment to operationalise exactly this at the end of the book. the VUCA decision framework was very useful too. Overall I enjoyed reading the simple, positive yet insightful prose on a timely topic.
