While I am s\using a new printer purchased, I had trouble installing it. We had WiFi trouble. Your technician screwed up my computer and will take hours to put back if possible. In the end I got it up and running myself. I am so very upset that your tech could not solve my problem without going into the computer programming like I did. Hope never to get him again.
