It's a fun and immersive game, however, the AI (opponents, traffic, arsenal) is cheap and will find ways to force you to crash (cars in blind curves, spike strip deployments, etc.) if you are playing well. I can't speak to online gameplay as I am currently progressing through career mode offline. Still, the game is enjoyable and in spite of the sometimes-infuriating AI, is well worth playing (especially for free via Game Pass & EA Play).
