The game has hard crashed on multiple consoles no matter what you're doing. It's taking the experience away from the game. And no matter what you think will fix it, from reinstalling, clearing the cache or hard resetting, nothing works. A mess of a launch, where the crashing issues will likely never truly get acknowledged by gearbox.
