Visual treat.. Beautifully shot..What a story.. Multiple stories woven into a tapestry of emotions. Widowed mother balancing personal and public life on one side and coping with everything & other side son finding something to cling on. Poem near the end beautifully summerised many things. Those school scenes took me back to my school days when on Sundays we used to had cycle race in rains, cricket matches then we together goes to collect ber(plum). Life was so simple back then. End shots were master-strokes where frames moves around places where chinu had his happy moments. And in the climax when he climbs tunnel like domed area and he finds his friends showing that he made a peace with what he have.
