Loved the main actors. Watched and enjoyed the whole movie. Then afterwards, I was like wait...whaat?? The story line was actually terrible. The only thing that would have made that story line work was to have had that main investigator be part of the ring of bad guys. Otherwise the whole thing makes absolutely no sense at all. So then, obviously if that investigator was part of the ring then they could have played it out with him still saving them in the end but then adding the suspense of them realizing that he had to be in on it and play out how they catch him ..or something like that.

Super disappointed with storyline. I didn't get past the 3rd episode. All PC BS. And I watched and rewatched half a dozen times every season of Dexter and was so excited for the new season. They make Dexter stupid. Am I supposed to believe he didn't actually find Hanna and his son and secretly watch them from afar? That he truly went cold turkey for 10 years and didn't even stalk one bad guy? And the PC stuff - you know I can handle a "cause" in a show- but this show is a total liberal agenda full of stereo types- . It's not about the TV Dexter we all loved. So disappointed 😞

I wanted more. This movie had great actors but terrible story and mediocre acting.
