On the 3rd episode and loving it. Trying very hard not to binge watch as I want to savour this delight. It’s a nod to the 1973 film but original in its own right. Well worth a watch

Spoiler alert!!!! Whilst we watched the whole series we felt that there were too many tangents. It would have been a good enough storyline without the actual ghosts of the burning girls and the odd situation with Wriggly and Rosie

I watched this film twice in the space of 3 days. I still chuckle at certain scenes. Just my sort of comedy. Zac was hilarious in it.

Great film. Riveting from start to finish. Despite finding this new sort of role for Mchonaghey a while to take it was full of great action, emotion and makes you think. Well, well worth a watch!

A promising film with the cast. Starts off well with the anticipation of ‘ the end of the world’ with the oil tanker crashing and then not being sure what the owners of the house are up to. For me though this film offered neither the fast paced, destruction you get in most apocalyptic movies ( why are they strangely enjoyable?) nor the physiological aspect in how humans behave when disaster happens( the scene with Kevin Bacon was like all of The Walking Dead squeezed into 10minutes). I felt the acting was slightly below par but this was probably due to an awful script. Needless scenes thrown in( GH and Amanda getting drunk, dancing and resisting infidelity, again, in a forced 10 minutes). Also the ‘reverse’ racism towards ‘white peoples’? I’m not American so maybe don’t understand the complexity but is that acceptable now? Shouldn’t all racism be unacceptable? I watched the whole film and I wouldn’t say it’s not worth it but don’t have too many expectations- A Quiet Place it is not

A lovely film! Not too cheesy and makes you think about the concept of Christmas. Added to my favourites

Doesn’t feel as long as 3 n half hours as gripping. Brilliant acting by DiCaprio as always. There’s a scene at the end where he realises he’s effed up and a 3 second expression from him is amazing, which sounds silly but such good acting. We saw it at the cinema and I thought I’d get uncomfortable and maybe even fall asleep but no. Some good cast members. Frustrating at times as you want Ernest to catch on and also didn’t expect the character to behave how he did

Could only manage till episode 3. I dislike unbelievable scenes. The car/truck chase was one. The guy falls down a well and manages to climb out??? The bumbling probationary cop who follows no correct procedures. The cringey scenes between Luci or whatever her name is and Elliot. It was awful. The b&b owner who goes above and beyond to help someone she doesn’t know. ‘Luci’ has all this money to pay for helicopters and hotel rooms. The cliche rich, foreign baddie. I could go on!

This film did my head in. The scene with the guy in the tent freaked me out. Good film though

Started off promising but had to switch off after the umpteenth unnecessary killing of someone for no reason.
