Nikki Maxwell is here to stay. She's more quirky than any other book heroine I've read about. This book sties for diversity and takes it, and it does something else, as well.
It mixes Diary of a Wimpy Kid with Dear Dumb Diary and makes for a crowd-pleasing book.
It's not cliche, actually very far from it, and will make you smile from ear to ear.
My teenagers, both 17, still read the series, and I, 32 love the books. Highly recommend.
