The Batman Stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/ Batman/ Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman Or Cat Burglar Collin Ferrell as Oswald Cobble pot Paul Dano as Riddler A very dark Riddler This film takes place in Batman's 2nd year as the Savior of Gotham. Batman is up against the Riddler in this outing who leaves multiple people deceased in various ways. Riddler also taunts Batman throughout the film with Riddles made just for him. It's up to Batman to stop the Riddler at all costs and to save his city from tearing itself apart with multiple gangs taking over parts of the city. My Rating: The last great Batman was Nolan North's Batman Trilogy which was amazing with it's special Effects and it's amazing cast. Robert Pattinson is the latest actor to take on the mantle originally cast by many. This film had quite a few delays before finally making it's way to Theaters due to Covid 19 it was put on the back burner for over a year. Was the wait worth it... Yes and no. The cast itself did an amazing job bringing the city back to life but the film did drag on in a few scenes that didn't really move the plot along. There were a few scenes with Catwoman that dragged on a little long. The film spent a little too much time in the Club owned by The Falcone family. Too much time was spent on this family for very little payoff. The film does something great though with it's musical score. Normally in Batman films the score is a Symphony of instruments. Throughout this version however is the use of Nirvana's Something in the way. The song is used throughout the entirety of the film in various scenes in different tones and different cues. Nirvana's something in the way being used to amazingly in this film has also brought back Nirvanas popularity as various news reports state the film brought Nirvana back in to the spot light with new listeners who haven't heard of nirvana before this film. My final thoughts Film itself 7 out of 10, Robert Pattinson does a great job giving Batman a different vibe, a much darker tone than previously done. Although I feel Robert and the rest of the cast could have spoken up more throughout the film the cast seems to Whisper in their scenes. Robert for most of the film seemed like he was Bored or not really into it. This of course is probably why he does so well in this film. Also one Final thought on the Joker scene. Whoever was cast as the Joker in that scene I'm sorry but NO NO NO NO, Horrible horrible job. Yea the scene was only 2 minutes or so long but whoever that Joker was was horrible. Final thought Amazing Film, The run time was almost 3 hours long, a little boring in some spots but I had no issue with the runtime. I will say though in my opinion this story or this version should actually be a TV show as this had the potential to be it's own TV show more than one film. Although Sequels are apparently already in the works.

American Satan the film this show is centered around was fantastic, the writing, the fresh plot was jus amazing. The movie centered around the band coming from all walks of life, They all move to LA to become famous and to make the mark on the strip and they get caught up in the LA life style and somehow make a deal with the devil. This was fresh, something that hasn't been done at least to my knowledge all that much. Riots, Change, The film had it all. The show on the other hand was the total opposite. The show was like a PG version of American Satan. Each episode had your usual Cliche ridden plot. They brought back the girl Johnny had sex with on the bus just to show her having a baby and having the mother try to get money from it. I will say that Cameron dude did a great job in his role it's sad that he passed away in 2019. May that kid rest in peace. His role was great but felt he was very very underused. For fans of American Satan you might like this you might not. I like some aspects of it but felt it was totally different from the film. Was really hoping the show would continue what happened in Satan. Basically the whole band literally forgets what they did in the film and blames it on drugs lol. Really you have a Devil shaking hands deal and then just blame it on drugs.... Really lol. Heard season 2 is coming this year, hopefully season 2 is a improvement, I liked season 1 but felt it lacked a lot of what made the film awesome and fresh

Original's Release Date: 2002 Systems: PS2, Xbox, PC Remake's release Date: 2020 Systems: PS4, Xbox One, PC Mini Plot details: You play as Tommy Angelo a former Cab driver who enters the Mafia life by accident. He is held at gunpoint one night while waiting for a fare and is forced to outrun fellow gang members. Pro's: Graphics: The graphics are a real treat, the game was remade from the ground up with better lighting, physics, cars, sounds, etc. Although it's 100 percent different than the original you can still feel a sense of familiar , while driving throughout the new and improved Lost Heaven. Sounds: The memorable track from the original Mafia makes it triumphant return with a new score this time around. I for one usually had the music off so i can't really quote on the music all too well. Plot: The plot from the original is well in tact actually. You can almost play both games at the exact same time and both would play out almost the same minus different cutscenes at certain points. System played on: I played the Remake on a PS4 pro and a Hisense 55 inch 6000 series HDR TV. The resolution is far from 4K, as the PS4 pro doesn't really have native 4K support. The resolution in play this time around is 2560x1440P Native. It upscales to 4K but I for one hate upscaling as it always makes things blurry. Cons: Length: The plot itself is around 10 hours maybe 12, I played it throughout a week an hour a day or so. Right when you get nice and comfortable with the game and you really start to enjoy yourself the damn credits roll. Also it's a linear story so it's chapter after chapter. This isn't a gta game where you go to mission to mission in your own leisure. Texture pop in: Sometimes Textures would pop in but this is mostly down the Pro's hardware limitations. On PC i'm sure this isn't an issue as you get access to faster and better hardware and better resolutions. This game still gets a 10 out of 10, the pacing itself was good i just wish it was at least another 10 hours longer.

Mafia 2 Definitive edition Release Date 2020 Definitive edition? Hangar 13 decided to up the ante and gave mafia 2 a face lift but is this face lift even worth the price tag? For first time players: You play as Vito Scaletta a Italian american who is tired of living in poverty. He leaves empire bay to go to war in Italy and gets wounded and upon return, notices his mother and sister are basically in the poor house. The father passed away and left the family in ruins and in dept. WIth the help of his long time friend and basically brother Joe Barboro helps Vito with not returning to the war that wounded him. Rise through the ranks and become Made, but at what cost? You end up joining the Mafia in empire bay and try to get on the road to riches. Would recommend: Great story, Great graphics even for a game made in 2010. On modern hardware you can go many steps further with even further enhancements such as 8K, mods, etc. Sadly the consoles are locked at rather low resolutions for such powerful hardware. The developers stubbed their toes on this one.

Plot: You Play as Sebastian Castellanos a up and coming Detective who has seen his fair share of blood sweat and Tears coming up the ladder to Detective. His wife Mara and his young daughter Lily have both died in a horrific fire and now Sebastian is alone and a shadow of his former self. He now just wants to stay at work and play detective until his final curtain. The first scene in the game shows Sebastian along with his 2 backups, Joseph and an up and comer Detective Kidman who for some reason or another which is stated later on is not trusted by Joseph and Sebastian. The three just got off a random case and are immediately thrown into another one involving a Mental Hospital and a Mentally handicapped young man who is being chased by a apparition only known as Ruvik. Step into the madness, This game is a Genuine Gem, a fresh take on survival Horror. Enjoy it on PS4, xbox X or PC. PC has unlocked frame rate and looks fantastic in 4K or 8K if you have the grunt and horsepower. This game came out in 2014 and to some it's old but to me the engine that is used looks great in 4K and or 8K.

The director has run this series into the ground, The new trilogy started in 2015 with Force Awakens that saw the end of our beloved Han Solo, also starring an annoying Mary Sue type character named Rey who just so happens to be Palpatines daughter and oh yea palpatine is back how the F did they manage to do that. This series should have stayed buried. Even our beloved Mark Hamil who plays Luke Skywalker hates the new trilogy and what the directors have done to his character by making him essentially a old man waiting to die somewhere in mountains living like a hermit. The directors should be ashamed of what they have done to this series.

The one that started it all, Welcome to the Madhouse. Batman Arkham Knight Launched on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in summer 2009. To rave reviews, this game launched a franchise that is without a doubt the best Superman series to turn into a video game franchise to date. Arkham Asylum tells the story of the Joker who in his comic mind decided to stage a hand over of himself to Batman. He invaded City hall and took the Mayor hostage and is caught by Batman. Batman decides to take Joker to Arkham Asylum as he is more unhinged than usual. Turns out Joker planned this raid and planned him getting caught just so he can take over the Asylum and perfect his Joker Toxin which turns normal human beings into monsters under his control. Villains appearing, Joker, Harley Quinn, Killer Croc. Game is great on consoles and even better on pc in 2019. As of 2019 you can play Arkham Asylum in 8K resolution with 8K Shadows, Physx Support etc. Enjoy it consoles and then witness the 2nd coming on PC. This game looks incredible even by 2019 standards.

Arkham Knight was the last game Developed by Rocksteady Studios, Arkham Knight tells the story of the Arkham Knight a Vilian who desperately wants to take out the bat once and for all. This time Batman is almost at a loss, he doesn't know if he is going to be able to stop him. To make Matters worse, a previously thought dead character returns for one final Joke. Arkham Knight is both engaging and very annoying. The Batmobile makes it's presense known and that's the worst part of Arkham knight. Something we have all wanted in an Arkham game for years but it's easily the most annoying thing in this title. Most missions are made with the Batmobile in mind. Most bad guys are taken out via the Batmobile. If you enjoyed the previous 2 entries in this series you will like this ending of an era game. Everyone's opinion is varied on this game, some love it, some hate it. One thing we all agree on is the Batmobile was the most annoying tool in batmans arsenal. It Invaded everything. Story 6 out of 10: Weak story Graphics 10 out of 10: Playing on pc you will be amazed Sound 8 out of 10: Sound could have been better mixed but sounds pretty good lol. Buy this game if you enjoyed the previous entries. They say this is Batmans Last ride and i'm not sure about this Rumor has it, we are getting one more ride as Batman sometime 2020 maybe.
