The concept of the movie was great! There were some details and scenes that I didn't really like...sorry for sounding nitpicky. Some bits of the movie were a bit predictable, not to mention the jumpscares didn't really scare me. Granted, it is quite difficult to scare me so take my word for it. The acting was pretty good but there were definitely some bits of the movie that could've been improved! I hope this was helpful :)

This movie was a complete waste of time...The acting was decent to say the least, however, the jumpscares were incredibly predictable ( Granted it is quite difficult to scare me, so take my word for it). There was a lot of potential for this movie and definitely a lot of room for improvement as well. After watching this in theaters I was extremely disappointed, to the point that I was asking my dad if we could get our money back. Obviously I can at least appreciate the effort that was put into the movie but it definitely could've been better. Also, in my honest opinion, this movie is nowhere near as good as the conjuring or other horror movie classics. By the way: I do not have anything against mexican culture since I come from a Latin family! ( The reason I'm clarifying this is because I saw a review that said that, " If you don't like this movie your probably racist!" and stuff along the lines of that.)

I absolutely love horror movies and I gotta say that this adaptation of a horror classic by Stephen King did not disappoint! I had read the book and was impressed with how the movie turned out. The actors played their parts great and despite the fact that this is a horror movie the bits of comedy are easy to remember and quite iconic if I might add. Overall, great movie that I would really recommend! :)
