Simple Piano

Good short anime and a confirmed season 2 on the way which makes me very happy! Honestly visuals 10/10. No complaints. The characters I enjoyed and found no character I hated (even if they weren’t the good guys). Before spoilers would definitely recommend as a quick anime to watch with five episodes. Now the review with spoilers: Plot line wise, personally I like how fast it was from the introduction of characters to then finding the staff, jack getting the sword etc. Did not expect Shail to die whatsoever and whilst we did get Victoria and his relationship shown, it would’ve been good to see his and Aslan’s relationship and how it started. Now this may just be me but I am fully invested in the relationship between Kirtash and Victoria. One of the main reasons I wanted a season 2.

Okay MAJOR SPOILERS so fair warning!! At first I was confused like many others towards the end but honestly it is a masterpiece once you rethink everything. The twist was so unexpected but fit in so perfectly. At first I was confused how Bazra knew Rin’s grandfather but getting that backstory later on was good closure. We find out that Finis’ perspective was from another timeline in the past and I guess shes somewhat immortal and she no longer seemed like a dumb romance character and honestly I loved it. Now I also sort of have a feeling her child will be Rin reincarnated or something like that but must wait for (hopefully) season 2. Now finding out Rin was the song I didn’t expect but but cliché she was going to die but honestly loved it. I also definitely knew Pony was the princess when they hinted at it, wish we saw more of henry and her honestly. Overall I love the twist, the characters were interesting and the music and visuals are amazing. Definitely not a stereotypical anime.
