Excellent game. Spiders, as always, has a convoluted, complex story to tell, and this time they have done it beautifully.
Not only is the game actually incredibly pleasant to look at, the characters have personalities and there are multiple ways of finishing each quest, which will have consequences on the end.
The game has some faults, namely a very long string of fetch quests, but the faction-based gameplay makes is bearable and sometimes very difficult decision-wise. It also features some hand-holding in most places, while never mentioning a third possible way to solve a problem in others. I would also like to see more banter between my companions, as they barely speak to each other (I play bioware games a lot).
With that all said, I still believe Greedfall is a solid AA game, with incredible potential. I'm waiting for the next game with glee and jumping up and down like a little kid. Well done Spiders, well done.
