I was excited to give this a try, but this was the absolute most placid show I have ever seen on Adult Swim. Where to begin... The writing is so boring! I get it, the show is supposed to portray a specific feel and setting, but the acting sucks! It’s not funny at all, it feels as though a mind that lacks creativity wrote a bad play and turned it into a television show. Is it supposed to poke fun with stereotypical suggestions? Is it supposed to be aimed towards women with the efforts of humor? Unfortunately the entire show is just bad all around. It all feels so forced...yet also feels like no effort was made at all...? I do really think this show could have had great potential.
