I Love Doctor Who and all of the incarnations, Including the latest in Jodie Whittaker but what are these writers thinking with ruining a beautiful science fiction opportunity and cramming political correctness and now politics at us? Dr. Who has always been open minded and encompassed those values naturally in a "do as I do" kinda way! We already get it. Sadly the series has seemed to have lost this finesse. I've been disappointed so far and just stopped in the middle of episode 4 to find a place to vent my frustration. They are "dumbing" down the whole lot (companions and the Doctor herself) where has our witty and amazing "save-the-day" series gone? -C
