I honestly don’t get this book. Or why it’s so loved. Me and my friend watched several Tik Toks about this book and how amazing it was and shocking the ending was. So we had to get it. Going in with such high expectations was not a good idea. I don’t really like or connect with any of the characters. The plot is just bland and just didn’t work to me. Yeah, the ending is kind of shocking. But the whole book leads up to this and it wasn’t that shocking and didn’t really make sense to me. My friend didn’t end up reading the book, and I told her it really wasn’t worth it.
